South Lakes Dermatology Service

We are an NHS service for NHS patients and provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and skin surgery for any skin condition or skin lesion, for children and adults (except skin lesions suspicious of high grade skin cancer).

We pride ourselves in delivering a community dermatology service in which patients and GPs can be confident that patients will receive empathetic, patient-centred, expert care, without the need to go to a hospital.

We are based in South Cumbria and see patients in Kendal and Grange-over-Sands.

Our clinical team is made up of GPs with Extended Roles in Dermatology, Consultant Dermatologists, and a Nurse Practitioner and GP with Specialist Interest in Skin Surgery.
